Manual values below 90% would benefit and overclockers with highly tuned values are not affected.
The MAX_TEMP / THROTTLE_TEMP_RANGE defines are not used and THROTTLE_TEMP is used to set the fan speed to 100 AND enable overheat mode with ASIC shutdown (fan speed=1).
There is no Range? That doesn't seem to be correct.
